East Lansing's downtown restaurant shuffle has officially completed step two.

My partner-in-crime Kristen Matthews recently told you about three East Lansing restaurants that were moving, not closing. Since she's on leave for a short time, I'm picking up the baton with an update.

University Weiner Is Open Again in East Lansing

University Weiner has been feeding hungry Spartans and East Lansing regulars for a while now, with a menu built around hot dogs and sausages loaded with all kinds of toppings, plus burgers, sandwiches, fries and other quick, casual eats.

Where University Weiner Moved

Partner Corbin Swint tells us the East Lansing favorite reopened this week at 211 1/2 M.A.C. Ave, Suite B, the soon-to-be-former For Crêpe Sake space.

Poké Fresh Was the First East Lansing Restaurant to Move

If you're keeping score at home, Poké Fresh was move number one, opening in University Weiner's former location at 551 E. Grand River Ave. — basically right behind where it used to be. Poké Fresh is known for customizable poké bowls. Think fresh fish and other proteins paired with rice or greens, then loaded up with your choice of veggies, toppings and sauces. Basically, you build the bowl you want.

Now University Weiner has completed move number two.

Still with me?

Which brings us to move number three.

What's Next for For Crêpe Sake?

For Crêpe Sake has not moved into its new location at 601 E. Grand River Ave., so we're still waiting for the final piece of this restaurant relocation puzzle to fall into place. For now, MSU students can snag their favorite crêpes in the same space where University Weiner is now.

For Crêpe Sake? You're up.

East Lansing Needs A 24-Hour Pizza Vending Machine Like These Ones in Jackson

East Lansing is a college town, home to MSU. And because of that, there are a bunch of young adults around town; living, working, going to school, and going out to the bar. That's why East Lansing needs a 24-hour pizza vending machine like these ones in Jackson.

Lansing Restaurants That Should Be Featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives

The Lansing restaurants listed below are gems of the city. If you haven't been to all of them yet, add them to your list. We think Guy Fieri should add them to his list as well so he can feature them the next time he comes back to Lansing for Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.
