Starbucks announced this week that they plan to closing 150 stores sometime next year. There hasn't been an official list of what specific stores will be closing, however, according to CNN Money, Starbucks says that most of the locations that will be closed next year are located in urban areas.

Back in 2008 when the company announced that they would be closing over 600 stores, three of those stores were located in the Lansing area. (One in the Meridian Mall in Okemos, one in the Eastwood Towne Center and the location at Grand River and Saginaw.)
