The Dinner Detective is hosting a series of murder mystery dinner shows in Lansing throughout 2026. It's "North America's largest interactive true crime murder mystery dinner show".

What to Expect at The Dinner Detective

During the show, guests receive a full plated dinner, waitstaff gratuity, and you are immersed in an interactive, fun murder mystery. The actors are hidden in plain sight, wearing regular clothes. You may not realize they're part of the mystery until it's too late.

And you really want to try and figure out this mystery, because there will be a prize package for the 'Top Sleuth'.

The event is hosted at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lansing on North Grand Avenue. There are dates scheduled throughout the year, and already, some ticket options are going quickly.

Ticket Prices & 2026 Show Dates

The General Admission ticket is $69.95 (plus $9.44 taxes & venue fees), and this includes your dinner, inclusion in the mystery experience, gratuity, and the chance at a prize package. However, there's an additional experience you can purchase for $24.95, and that's the chance to allow you to frame one member of your group as a Prime Suspect in the investigation.
