Is it time to move? A city commission in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has overturned a 38 year-old city code that made it illegal to, "willfully annoy another person." The Grand Rapids Press - MLive.com reports the repeal, which is expected to be approved March 11 was a goal of the City Attorney, Catherine Mish. Mish told the newspaper that the existing rule was both, "unconstitutional in terms of being vague," and "simply unenforceable."

So soon annoying anybody in Grand Rapids will again be a constitutional right. Perhaps it's time for Banana Don and I to make a move about an hour to the West. I have a feeling that now we would fit right in with all of the other "annoying" people.
