Christopher Alvin Stapleton is not just a singer, guitarist, and record producer. He is the album of the year winner at this year's 56th annual ACM awards. Chris was was born in Lexington, Kentucky and grew up in Staffordsville, Kentucky until moving to Nashville, Tennessee in 2001 to pursue an engineering degree then one year later, a career in music writing songs.

Here is some great news for the Mitten. Chris Stapleton just announced his All-American Road Show Tour" additional dates, including the two shows coming to DTE Energy Music Theatre on August 6th and August 7th. Tickets for both shows will go on sale Friday, April 30 at 10 AM.
