A radio friend of mine turned me onto a great article about Luke Bryan, on Billboard.com. Yeah, the people that publish all the music charts. Even if you're not the biggest Luke Bryan fan, you'll want to read this, because it deals with the whole "bro-country" controversy that's been a part of country music the last several years. From the article, it looks like Luke may be stepping away from "boots, truck, fishing, tractor, back road, party, cutoff jeans, tan legs" songs. That's IF his fans will move on with him in that direction.

And if you don't know the story of how Luke got to where he is these days, you may be surprised when you find out some of his back-story. It wasn't always easy.

Plus, in the online version of the article is a video of Luke answering some trivia questions about himself and sharing his impression of Blake Shelton. I'm sure Blake will have an answer for this.
