Ready For 2 Big Concerts? Eric Church Invades Michigan This Weekend

Many country superstars are going on tour this year heading to cities in Michigan like Detroit and Grand Rapids. Artists like Keith Urban, Zac Brown Band, and Dierks Bently already are on the books for 2022.

This weekend Eric Church will be bringing his country-rock music to Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids and Little Ceasars Arena in Downtown Detroit.  I will be reviewing the show with pics early next week and have seen Eric a handful of times.

The Last Time Eric Church Played Michigan

The last time was a little over 2 years ago in Detroit, when you scroll down you'll see some pics I took from my phone at that show. Eric has always been kind enough to hang out with us radio folk before the show and always does a shot of Jack Daniels with us before he takes the stage.

Whether you are a huge Eric Church fan or just love country music you are in for a big treat this weekend if you're going to one of the 2 shows. Friday he will be at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids and Saturday at Little Ceasers in Detroit.

Eric will be in the round this tour which means there will not be a bad seat in the house.  He sure has come a long way after hitting the country music scene in 2006 with his hit debut album "Sinners Like Me".

He did a free acoustic show for our listeners at a station I worked at in Las Vegas in 2007 and we all knew he was special and was gonna be a big star.
