As we told you right here on this website on May 12th, the original plan from the folks who bring you the huge party that is the Faster Horses Festival in Brooklyn, Michigan was to proceed as planned with the caveat that if there was to be a decision about the fate of the event, it would probably come about two weeks before the dates for this year.

That has now changed. The Faster Horses Festival which was to happen on the grounds of Michigan International Speedway on July 17, 18 and 19 will now be rescheduled in the interest of safety due to COVID-19. According to a press release issued by Live Nation, Faster Horses will not happen this year, and is now scheduled to take place on July 16-18, 2021.

So the headliners this year were to be Thomas Rhett, Luke Combs and Jason Aldean.

And now the good news...the headliners for the 2021 festival will be the same three guys! How about that? Let me tell you I'm not a big time concert promoter by any stretch of the imagination, but I do have some experience with booking acts for the "Wittle Country Christmas Party" and our "Taste of Country" concerts and let me tell you, moving to a brand new date and having the same three superstars move to a rescheduled date with you is no small feat. It takes a lot from everyone on all sides of the equation to make that happen.

Not only will TR, Luke and Jason be there next year but so will Jon Pardi, Russell Dickerson, Kelsea Ballerini, Jimmie Allen, Riley Green, Chris Lane, Gabby Barrett, David Lee Murphy, Gone West featuring Colbie Caillat, HARDY, Tracy Lawrence, Carly Pearce, Mitchell Tenpenny, DeeJay Silver and more.

If you had already made a purchase for this year's festival, your passes will be honored for the 2021 Faster Horses. If you want a refund, you can get that too. The refund window opens today, 5/21/20 and will continue for 30 days.
