Post Malone at Faster Horses 2025?
Fans are already buzzing - could Post Malone be among the headliners for Michigan's largest country music festival next year?
Let's be clear - the lineup for Faster Horses 2025 isn't expected to be released officially until late January. But organizers are already well into the planning process - securing appearances and booking who they think fans will be excited to see.

The festival - held annually in July on the grounds of Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn, Michigan - has seen its share of huge stars grace its stages over the past decade plus. Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs, Chris Stapleton and countless others have all appeared at Faster Horses at one time or another - several of them multiple times.
In 2024, Faster Horses headliners included Jelly Roll and HARDY, both of whom transcend the boundaries of traditional country music. Jelly Roll had a career in rap long before venturing into country music; and HARDY's material is equal parts country and hard rock.
So it's not that far a leap for Post Malone to be considered a front-runner to appear at the festival's next installment.
Here's Why Post Malone Might Be a Good Bet for Faster Horses 2025
Post Malone has emerged as a breakout star in country music in 2024. His duet with Morgan Wallen - "I Had Some Help" - flew up the charts this summer, peaking as a multi-week #1 hit in multiple genres, including country. He teamed with superstar Blake Shelton for a fast-rising follow-up hit in "Pour Me a Drink", and just released his first country album "F-1 Trillion" to critical and fan acclaim.
Post Malone is arguably, if not surprisingly, the hottest thing going in country music right now. By virtue of his successful run in pop and rap circles since the mid-2010s, he's got a cadre of fans who'll follow him wherever he goes.
With Post Malone, Faster Horses would have an opportunity to expand its reach and pull in new fans who are only just now giving country music a listen. It's an opportunity to strike while the iron's hot. Now is the time. If there's anything certain, it's that everything changes. What if the country climate cools before 2026? Not booking Post Malone for Faster Horses 2025 would be a mistake.
Granted, there will always be the purists who would prefer a much narrower view of country music truly is and should be. Listen to "F-1 Trillion" and see what you think then. You'll probably be pleasantly surprised.
