
10 Concerts You Can’t Miss in Michigan This April
Even if Mother Nature's still not quite sure, the calendar says it's Spring and concert season is heating up in Michigan.
Here are 10 shows you won't want to miss this April.
10. "WITL Night Out" with Atlus
Nashville up-and-comer Atlus is the latest performer to appear in a series of free acoustic concerts sponsored by Lansing's #1 for New Country, 100.7 WITL.
He plays the Honky Tonk at Oak + Iron in Jackson on April 28, along with Michigan's own Chad Flores Band.
9. George Birge
Starting off a solo career with two #1 songs and another that reached #2 isn't too shabby.
Country newcomer George Birge plays Elevation in Grand Rapids on April 25.
8. Demi Lovato
Singer-songwriter and actress Demi Lovato brings her "It's Not That Deep" tour to Michigan this April.
She plays Little Caesars Arena in Detroit on April 29.
7. Clay Walker
The 1990s were a heyday for Clay Walker, who chalked up a total of six #1 songs on the Billboard Country chart.
Fans are in for a bit of 90s nostalgia when Walker plays the Capitol Theatre in Flint on April 24.

6. Dylan Scott
Dylan Scott has been one of country music's most reliable under-the-radar hitmakers over the course of the last decade or so.
He plays Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Mount Pleasant on April 24.
5. Florence + The Machine
We're still a ways off from the "Dog Days of Summer", but it won't feel like it when Florence + The Machine graces the stage at Little Caesars Arena.
The band will be in Detroit on April 13.
4. Kenny Wayne Shepherd
Blues rocker Kenny Wayne Shepherd plays Grand Rapids this April.
He and his band will be at GLC Live at 20 Monroe on April 29.
3. Styx
One of the most successful rock acts of the 1970s and 80s, Styx has a Michigan show scheduled for this month.
Look for them at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort on April 17.
2. Bob Dylan
Talk about a rock legend. Fans of the incomparable Bob Dylan have two chances to see him in Michigan this month.
Dylan plays DeVos Performance Hall in Grand Rapids on April 2, then Dow Event Center in Saginaw on April 3.

When you add up his solo hits, collaborations with other artists, and his work as the front man for Matchbox Twenty, the voice of Rob Thomas has been all over the radio for more than 30 years.
Thomas plays FireKeepers Casino in Battle Creek on April 17.
