According to the Daily Mail, the Waggoner Ranch in North Texas includes 510,000 acres, 1,200 oil wells, 30,000 acres of farmland and about 8,000 head of cattle and horses. It's been in the same family for 100 years. And they must have been an interesting bunch. W.T. Waggoner was the original owner. His granddaughter, Electra Waggoner Biggs was a famous sculptor and is THE "Electra" that the Buick Electra was named after. Her brother-in-law was the president of Buick and named the car after her. Hmmm.
