A beloved Lansing food truck will soon be joining the fresh food offerings at Horrocks Farm Market on the city's west side.

El Oasis - regularly ranked among Lansing's best Mexican restaurants - has a food truck parked outside the greenhouse at Horrocks now, but according to a post on the restaurant's social media, there's no opening date to announce just yet.

The addition of El Oasis to the food offerings at Horrocks in Lansing fills a void left when the owners of Eato Chef, which had served Pad Thai and more from an Airstream trailer-turned-food truck at Horrocks for nearly five years, decided to pack up and move the business to Florida earlier this year.

It's unclear at this time whether El Oasis intends to move one of its existing locations to Horrocks, or whether the Horrocks location will become the restaurant's third Lansing site.
