Lansing Restaurant Week runs May 9th through the 17th, and it's a great opportunity to try a new place or enjoy a different dish at one of your favorite restaurants.

Participating restaurants all have a special menu item for the week priced at exactly $7. Some places will also have a $5 drink available to mark the occasion.

With more than 100 local restaurants participating in the 2026 installment of Lansing Restaurant Week, there's no way to visit them all — so I thought I might share a few of my personal favorites. These are all places I've been to and would recommend to others.

Capital City BBQ

Just look at this mound of deliciousness!

You've got smoked pulled pork topped with coleslaw. It's served with your choice of BBQ sauces and a side of fries for just $7, this week only.

It's served with a side of fries.
