Eating And Shopping Have Changed During The Pandemic
One of the things I have been seeing a lot on social media lately is how many of us are hitting the gym more, and eating heathier then we were when the pandemic started. Much of my weight gain was from late 2020, when we were all shut in with all the indoor dining closed. I shopped more and ate more. Happy to say I just dropped that weight the last few months.
A lot of my overeating was stress, and being bored. Lately many folks have changed their eating habits. According to fox47news.com a recent Consumer Reports survey found that about 80% of Americans say they've made at least one change in the way they eat, and shop. Seems we are all ready to get healthy again now that the vaccines are helping us dig out of this mess. 32% of us say they've gained weight since the start of the pandemic.
