It's hot out there. Again. Remember when we thought the temperatures wouldn't break 35 degrees? Well happily they have, but when it gets this hot, it can be a real problem for people who don't have access to a place to ward off the heat.

Humidity when if mixes with the upper end of the thermometer can be a real killer...literally.

According to the Lansing State Journal, there are places open this week, including today, where you or maybe someone you know can get out of the heat. There are also free rides that will be offered from area transit systems for those who may need them due to disability or financial need.

Get the complete list of all of the cooling centers and other info in the LSJ article here.
