Governor Rick Snyder has signed legislation to try to offer more flexibility to those enrolled in the Michigan Education Savings Plan. The bill signed earlier this week updates the number of account rebalances that can be made to a college savings account from one to two a year.

According to Michigan.gov, the change will increase investment opportunities and will make planning for deposits easier. If you're not enrolled in the Michigan Education Savings Plan, you can find out more about the college savings plan by clicking here.
