When we last met, you might remember - the sky was falling. The weather forecast was for heavy snow to bury us here in Mid-Michigan on Wednesday night and Thursday.

Well, you can come out from under your desk.Things may turn out better than we expected.

According to the National Weather Service, on Wednesday night we'll now get:

Rain, possibly mixed with freezing rain. Low around 34. East northeast wind around 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Thursday
Rain and snow. High near 47. Breezy, with an east southeast wind 10 to 15 mph becoming west southwest 23 to 28 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

THAT, I can handle. However, things could change.
If it starts to get ugly again, we'll tell you. But for now.....
