Burned Out? Employees Over the Age of 40 Should Only Work THIS MUCH
Employees over the age of 40 function best when they work three days a week. According to simplemost.com, a study conducted in Australia (which is just like Michigan, except for the kangaroos and killer crocs) shows that working 25 hours a week is the optimum amount of hours to keep people over 40 productive, but not burned out. And the study discovered that 40 hours a week is better than not working ANY hours, but 55 hours a week is worse than not working at all.
So, tell your boss. Three day work week. It's on!
