By the time you get to see David Lee Murphy at The Wittle Country Christmas Party on Wednesday, December 12 at The Summit in Dimondale, he will have:

Performed his Number 1 Country hit, "Everything's Gonna Be Alright" with Kenny Chesney on the CMA Awards on Wednesday night! And.....

He may very well have won the CMA Award for "Musical Event of the Year" for "Everything's Gonna Be Alright" with Kenny Chesney!

How about that, huh?

Here's a bit of trivia for you (and we're relying on my memory, so I think I'm right):

David Lee Murphy is the only artist in the history of the Wittle Country Christmas Party to perform on our show after they have performed on the CMA Awards! Plenty of artists have performed on the Awards show after they have performed here but not the other way around!

So wouldn't it be really, really, cool if David Lee won a...um...never mind. Just like a no-hitter in baseball, I don't want to bring the subject up and jinx it.
