Who Has The Best Chicken Sandwich In Michigan?

I have been living in Lansing now for almost a year and I have to say the restaurants and food here has not been disappointing.  I have sampled a lot, and some of my favorites so far are Ya Ya's Flame-Broiled Chicken, Meat BBQ in Old Town, and of course some great Detroit-style pizza.  One of my favorites here is Buddy's Pizza.  I am still exploring though, and with the restrictions being lifted, I will be eating out, even more, this summer.

I eat a lot of chicken, and I love a good chicken sandwich, so where do you find the best one in the Lansing area?  well, mlive.com has some ideas. They say Burger King has been working on a new crispy chicken sandwich since 2019 and they have come up with a winner. All because if you remember that cartoon spinach-eating fast-food chain caused a commotion selling out across the US, and creating the Chicken Sandwich Wars.

So here are the rankings of the top 6 chicken sandwiches from Mlive in Michigan, and then I will throw in my 2 cents.

Here is My opinion

I have had all of the above except the latest from Burger King, and the reason is, I am a fan of the Double Whopper with cheese. so when I go to Burger King,  I am not thinking chicken.  I must say the Mcdonald's chicken sandwich is very tasty, and I am at a standstill when it comes to my number one choice.  It would be a tie between KFC and Popeyes.  Popeye's does have some great sides so If I had to pick one, I would lean that way.
