Three New Eateries are Opening in Lansing
Even though Lansing has a pretty full foodie scene, we can look forward to not one, not two, but three new eateries opening.
Three New Eateries Opening in Lansing Soon
Prepare your taste buds and your stomachs for three new eateries; HobNob Pizza, Dunk'd, and Middle Eats.
First, let's talk HobNob Pizza. Originally, HobNob was supposed to open back in November. However, now it's looking like it will be opening this April. HobNob is a "fast-casual pizza eatery" that's opened by the same parent company at The Old Bag of Nails.

Next up is Dunk'd. Dunk'd is a cookie place. But, they aren't serving up your grandma's cookies. These bad boys are big! These cookies weigh in at a whopping six ounces, and they even have a mega 1-pound cookie. They even come stuffed with all kinds of goodness. Dunk'd is also set to open this spring.
Both, HobNob and Dunk'd are opening in the Red Cedar development, 3214 East Michigan Avenue.
And rounding out the third new eatery is Middle Eats. Middle Eats is a small, Michigan-based chain that serves up Mediterranean bowls, wraps, and salads. Currently, there are locations in Bloomfield, Warren, and Detroit. Lansing will make the fourth location. Middle Eats is opening in the old Lefty's Cheesesteaks that closed back in June 2023.
No word at this time on when Middle Eats plans to open. The signage is currently up, just waiting on the doors to open.
