There's a brand new cookie place coming to town. And these aren't your grandmother's cookies...

New Cookie Bakery Opening in Lansing

Dunk'd is a brand new cookie joint and bakery that will be opening up inside the Red Cedar Development along Michigan Avenue. Do you know where Old Bag of Nails and the new Toscana are? Yeah, right in that same development, so you can grab dinner and dessert in the same place!

These cookies clock in at a whopping six ounces (that's between a quarter and a third of a pound). Plus, if you're sharing or you just have a really big sweet tooth, there's going to be a 1-pound mega cookie. Plus, they come stuffed with some kind of delicious ingredients, like peanut butter or whole other cookies.

Dunk'd Cookie Flavors

I did a little snooping on Dunk'd on their Facebook page and I had to keep from drooling all over my keyboard from how delicious these cookies sounded.

Dunk'd will feature a rotating menu of cookies, including:

  • Chocolate Fluffernutter - A chocolate cookie base stuffed with peanut butter, Nutter Butters, and marshmallow fluff, and topped with a peanut butter drizzle
  • Cookies N' Cream - A soft sugar cookie, filled with layers of Oreo dust and brown sugar, topped with an Oreo buttercream frosting, and crumbled Oreos
  • Kitchen Sink - A brown sugar cookie base, stuffed with potato chips, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, pretzels, and toffee bits

Looks and sounds delicious, right?! The owner, 23-year-old Taylor Buckley, hopes to open Dunk'd by January 2024.
