For mid-Michigan residents trying to recover from flood damage, the city of Lansing and the Lansing Emergency Management team will be hosting three flood recovery neighborhood meetings this week. The first meeting is scheduled to take place today (Tuesday, February 27th) starting at 7pm at the Allen Neighborhood Center on East Kalamazoo Street. Another meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 28th at 7pm at the Neighborhood Empowerment Center on West Maple street and the final meeting will be held on Thursday, March 1st at 7pm at Bethlehem Lutheran Church on East Mount Hope Avenue.

Some topics that will be discussed in the meetings include information on flood insurance, emergency preparedness and trash disposal.
