Sparty already a winner this football season

Last week, according to BTN.com, Big Ten football players, gathered at the Big Ten Football Media Days in Chicago, voted on their favorite uniforms, locker rooms and campuses in the Big Ten. One player from each team voted and they were not allowed to vote for their own team in any of the categories. Jim Harbaugh and Kirk Ferentz from Iowa tied with Mark Dantonio for "coach you'd like to play for".

But the most lopsided victory was for "Best Mascot". It wasn't even close - Sparty won in a landslide: 10 to 1 (with four teams tying for last)

So, we got THAT going for us this season.
