Some Michigan Schools Are Closed Or Closing Early Today Because Of The Heat

Remember when we used to walk to school--uphill, both ways? Well, those days are long gone. There are some school districts in Michigan that are closed today or are closing early because of the heat. According to WOOD-TV, in Grand Rapids there are a handful of schools that have decided to stay closed today. Here in Mid-Michigan, WILX is reporting that there are a couple of school districts that will be closing early today including Concord, Vandercook Lake, Hanover-Horton and Western School District.
