Ryan Reynolds Loves A Michigan Bar He’s Never Visited

Ryan Reynolds loves his T-shirt from Zukey Lake Tavern. (Zukey Lake, Michigan is east of Pinckney and west of Whitmore Lake) According to MLive.com, he told the New York Times that it's one of his favorite shirts - he's had it hanging in his closet for almost 20 years.

Only problem - he's never been in Zukey Lake Tavern.

"I don’t even know where that is, but it’s a real tavern somewhere in the United States,” Reynolds said. So, where did Ryan Reynolds get a Zukey Lake Tavern T-shirt? "I got it at a vintage store shortly after I moved to Los Angeles from Vancouver, way the hell long ago,” Reynolds said.

Do we need to get a GoFundMe page set up to bring Ryan to Zukey Lake Tavern, so he can at least say he's had a beer there? Ya know, he's a pretty savvy guy when it comes to marketing - he just Tweeted out a link to his latest movie, “Pokémon Detective Pikachu”, which turned out to be something completely different - and funny. Oh yeah - doesn't he own a gin company, too? Do they sell gin at Zukey Lake Tavern?
