New Sandra Bullock Movie Has A Link To Michigan State University
Have you seen a preview for the new movie Sandra Bullock is in? It looks suspenseful and a bit scary and super awesome. And, according to the Lansing State Journal, it has a connection to Michigan State University.
The new movie is called "Bird Box", based off the 2014 novel of the same name, and is written by author Josh Malerman, who's originally from metro Detroit and is also a Michigan State University alum! The movie follows Sandra Bullocks character and how she works to save her two children from an "unidentified phenomenon" that "triggers people to take their own lives and inflict deadly violence on others. The only way to survive? Stay inside. Close the drapes. Wear a blindfold if you have to go outside for food or water."
Another cool Michigan connection in "Bird Box"; the book was set in the suburbs of Detroit. However, the movie is set in northern California. To read more about the movie, click here.
