NBC News to Michigan: “And you are WHERE again”?
Michigan, Wisconsin. It's all the same place - right? Apparently, that's what NBC Nightly News thinks.
Last night, according to the Free Press, the NBC Nightly News reported on last weekend's snowfall amounts in the upper midwest. But on their map, Wisconsin was identified as Michigan and Michigan became Wisconsin.
Nice going.
Well, there always has been confusion over why the Upper Peninsula is part of Michigan and not Wisconsin. And it's not unusual to run into Packers fans in Michigan. Let's just lump ourselves together into one big happy non-confusing state. With the magical name of Wishigan.
