Nashville-Style Fried Chicken Coming To Downtown Lansing

Get ready for a little Southern flair to make it's way to Downtown Lansing next month.

In April of this year, grilled cheese shop Tom + Chee closed it's doors. Now, a new restaurant will be taking over it's location: Hot Chicken Kitchen. According to the Lansing State Journal, Hot Chicken Kitchen's core menu will focus on Nashville-style fried chicken, which is spicier than usual, served along with toast and pickles. The sides include mac and cheese, sweet potato casserole, and collard greens.

Renovations are currently underway for the restaurant at 123 S. Washington Square, but will be wrapped up in time for their opening next month. Get more info HERE.
