If you've been keeping up with the Lansing Foodie scene since the start of the year, you'll know that over 25 different eateries have opened in the Greater Lansing area.

While there are still plenty more on the way, it looks like we have another one to add to the "coming soon" list.

Popular Chicago-based Pizza Chain Opening in Lansing

Rosati's Authentic Pizza is coming to Lansing.

Rosati's is a Chicago-based pizza chain best known for the two main types of pizza styles it serves: Chicago-style deep dish and tavern-style thin crust. Both will be served at the soon-to-be Lansing location.

When and Where Rosati's is Opening in Lansing

This new pizza joint plans on opening just off Saginaw Highway near Delta Crossings, taking over the former Slice by Saddleback location at 644 Migaldi Lane. The Delta Township Slice by Saddleback location closed in May of 2025.

There's no official opening date yet, as the listing on the website just says, "coming soon". According to Lansing State Journal, Rosati's is shooting for a December opening.

When Rosati's opens in Lansing, it will be the first one in the Mid-Michigan area, but it won't be the first one in Michigan. Michigan's first location opened in Southfield in Southeast Michigan in April.
