Michigan Lottery Group Splits Mega Millions Winnings

First, full disclosure---our little lottery group at Townsquare Media won $4 over the weekend in the Powerball!! So there.

This lottery group won a much bigger prize--A MILLION DOLLARS! According to the Michigan Lottery, a lottery group consisting of 7 people who "who have worked together at a major airline for decades" matched the five white balls drawn – 24-37-42-50-65 – in the October 7th Mega Millions drawing to win the $1 million prize. The winners say they plan  to pay for their children’s college educations, take vacations, and give their retirement accounts a boost. Click here to read more about the winners.
