Michigan will soon have a new experience when it comes to food.

There are plenty of chain restaurants that have made their way to the Mitten State. Still, there are plenty more that haven't... places like Waffle House, Jack in the Box, Bojangles, and more.

Bojangles is Opening Its First Location in Michigan

Bojangles is a fast-casual eatery that is famous for its fried chicken, biscuits, and sweet tea. It got its start in North Carolina, but has since spread to a grand total of 20 states, with Michigan being one of its newest destinations!

We've known about the imminent arrival of this beloved chain since October 2025, but we didn't have any word on when an opening date would be. Now, we know.

When and Where is the Grand Opening of Bojangles in Michigan

Mark your calendar for Tuesday, February 3, that's when the grand opening of Bojangles will take place. And it's opening early too—the first customers will be welcomed at 5:30 am.

You can find it located at 1730 28th Street in Wyoming, Michigan, just south of Grand Rapids.

The opening of this Michigan location is part of a large plan Bojangles has to open about 1,000 new locations over the next few years. This first location in Michigan sets the stage for the possibility of more. Could we see a Bojangles come to Detroit, Ann Arbor, or Lansing? Only time will tell.
