Meet The Newest Member of The Wittle Family [PHOTOS]

Before you get to know the latest family member, let me give you a little back story. If you don't know, I had a pet cat named Twinkie who passed away in April 2016. He was definitely a cool cat, and since then, I haven't had another pet. It took me a while before I felt ready for another little buddy, and then when I finally did feel ready, there were some road blocks...

But now, I 'm happy to introduce you to the latest member of the Wittle Family: Memphis Matthews!

I went to the Humane Society Thursday with my hubby intending to meet a doggo we saw. Sadly, it was not a match with the doggo. But before leaving, I made a stop in the Cat area and came upon Memphis! As soon as I sat down in the room, she jumped on my shoulders, gave me a head butt, and purred non-stop. She's one of the most affectionate and unique cats I've ever met. We adopted her on the spot.

I was pretty surprised we adopted a cat that day, but he told me, "Kristen, no one who saw your face when you were with that cat would have let you leave here without her."
