Lansing Police Offering FREE Self-Defense Class For Women
The Lansing Police Department will be hosting a FREE self-defense class for women on Saturday, March 10th. The class will be held from noon-3pm at the Alfreda Schmidt Southside Community Center on Wise Road in Lansing. Classroom discussion as well as "hands on" training will be included. Please keep in mind that this class is for women only and you must attend the full 3 hour program. Space is limited for this class, you can call Rhonda at 517-483-4831 to reserve your spot.
