Lansing Area Under Heat Advisory–Again

According to the National Weather Service, the Lansing area is under a Heat Advisory again today--Monday, June 18th. The Heat Advisory is in effect from noon until 6pm. The National Weather Service says that we could see high temperatures today  in the lower 90s and the peak heat indices could reach near 100 degrees from mid to late afternoon. Along with the high temperatures, there's also the chance for some thunderstorms this afternoon as well.

Things will cool down tomorrow as the high temperature for the Lansing area on Tuesday is expected to be in the mid 70s. Click here to see the information on the Heat Advisory from the National Weather Service.
