Lansing Area Food Truck Opening Restaurant in Holt
If "meat candy" sounds like your kind of thing, then get ready for it in Holt, Michigan!
The Lansing State Journal reports that Gravity Smokehouse & BBQ is opening up a restaurant in Holt. Currently, Gravity is a food truck that operates out of the parking lot of Michigan Distillery (located on Shiawassee between Larch and Cedar), so don't be surprised if you see a "log cabin" of sorts in the parking lot... that's the food truck!
The food truck offers up what they call "meat candy" = pork belly burnt ends, along with mac and cheese, and burgers, along with six different kinds of BBQ sauce. Co-owner Bruce Kring hopes to bring these offerings to his new location in Holt. The Gravity Holt location will be opening up at the Hot N' Now/ Tacos E Mas location at 1850 Cedar Street, possibly in the next couple months.
