Spartans Will - leave stuff in their dorm rooms.

When the semester ended earlier this month at MSU, most of the kids living on campus moved out of their dorm rooms. And left a ton of stuff behind.

Check that. I meant 300 TONS of stuff got left behind.

According to the Lansing State Journal, the MSU clean-up crews removed 600,000 pounds of stuff left behind by the 15,000 students living on campus. That includes 70,000 to 80,000 pounds of carpeting and an untold number of microwaves and futons. Not to mention the abandoned bicycles outside the dorms. A good percentage of all of it will end up at the Michigan State Surplus Store. Which is a cool place. I've bought at least two desks there.

And "yes", my daughter got everything out of her dorm room. I know, because most of it's sitting in our living room.
