Help Solve A Lansing Photo Mystery

According to a Facebook post I saw over the weekend on the Not Your Mother's Networking Group, a woman named Tracy found this picture in a frame she bought at Volunteers Of America on South Cedar Street. She purchased the frame about a year ago and would like to get the picture back to the family. Besides the visual clues, the picture also says 'Carl and Ava's wedding July 7, 1956' on the back.
