Bubble Joy Officially Opens New Ice Cream Shop on Lansing’s Eastside
Lansing's food scene has experienced tremendous growth recently. In 2025, we saw 50 different places open. And over the last seven months alone, we've seen over 25 different eateries open.
Now, Lansing can add another business to that ever-growing list: Bubble Joy.

Bubble Joy Is Now Open in Lansing
Bubble Joy is a bubble tea and ice cream shop that's located at 2310 E Michigan Avenue in the Fairview area of Lansing's Eastside Neighborhood. They officially opened their doors and started scooping ice cream on July 17.

Right now, Bubble Joy has a selection of 12 Guernsey Farms Dairy ice cream flavors, with a selection of toppings coming soon.

Bubble tea isn't available just yet, but it's coming soon. One of the owners, Jeff, also talked about adding cookies and possibly brownies to the menu.
When you go to Bubble Joy, you'll see a building that has been completely redone. The inside is bright, inviting, and super fun—check out that disco ball!

And there's an upstairs with tons of space to hang out and it has an amazing view of Michigan Avenue. It would be a perfect place to study, play some board games with friends, or let the kids have fun while you all enjoy a sweet treat.

Bubble Joy Hours
If you want a scoop of ice cream, Bubble Joy is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
