How to Get Free Food at Lansing’s New Chick-fil-A

According to Chick-fil-A, customers who show up at the new location Thursday wearing some kind of cow attire can get one free entrée or Kid's Meal, while supplies last.

What Counts as Cow Attire?

Apparently you don't have to walk in wearing a full cow costume to qualify. I mean, you can... but a cow-print accessory counts too. (You just know somewhere in Mid-Michigan somebody's already cutting black spots out of construction paper and taping them to a white shirt.)

The free food choices include several of Chick-fil-A's regular breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, including chicken sandwiches and nuggets. The offer is limited to one free item per person wearing cow attire. No purchase is required.

Where Is the New Eastwood Chick-fil-A?

The new restaurant is located along Lake Lansing Road at Eastwood Towne Center and will include dine-in and drive-thru service, along with mobile ordering options.

Chick-fil-A's announcement says the restaurant will employ around 90 people. The company is also making a $25,000 donation to support the Greater Lansing Food Bank in connection with the opening.
