It's a BIG day on Saturday for Slurpee fans! 7-Eleven has announced that they will be holding their first "Bring Your Own Cup Day" from 11am to 7pm at 7-Eleven stores throughout the United States. Customers can fill up any cup they bring into the store for the $1.49 average price of a 22-ounce medium Slurpee. Now, before you get too carried away...keep in mind that there are some rules for the promotion. According to a report from USA Today, here's what you need to keep in mind:

Your "cup" can't be a trash can (too big) or a cowboy boot (too unsanitary) or a baseball cap (too porous.) But most clean, water-tight vessels that are no bigger than 10 inches in diameter meet the requirements. The cups must be able to fit through a the 10-inch diameter hole posted on special, stand-up signs this Saturday by store Slurpee machines.

And you're welcome. I did some calling and the locations in Mid-Michigan that WILL BE PARTICIPATING include:

7-Eleven @ 1997 AURELIUS RD IN HOLT

7-Eleven @ 311 GROVE ST (NEAR HOPCAT) IN EAST LANSING

7-Eleven @ 918 E. GRAND RIVER IN EAST LANSING

7-Eleven @ 3500 OKEMOS RD IN OKEMOS

7-Eleven @ 2900 AIRPORT RD IN JACKSON

7-Eleven @ 3013 LANSING RD IN PERRY

7-Eleven @ 3100 W HIGHLAND IN HOWELL

And...for your viewing pleasure, here are some photos from Buzzfeed of people who took full advantage of the promotion in other countries. Check out what 'cups' these people took to 7-11 in previous years.
