Best Free Show at the Jackson County Fair

Sunday night, before the "Alabama" show, my lovely wife Michelle and I took a walk around the Jackson County Fair. We ended up at the "birthing barn" to see what was getting birthed. Our timing must have been pretty good, because we got to watch an HOUR old calf take it's first steps. Backwards, but it was it's first steps.

As you'll see, it's a harsh life being an hour-old dairy calf. Mom was a little pushy, Aunt Bossy was a little scary and nobody gives you a trophy when you show them you can walk.
