Feeding and caring for your herd of dairy cows can be very expensive. At least that's what my dairy farmer friends tell me. But now - thanks to cattle breeders in Russia, if you get a little low on cash, there's a new breed that won't cost much to feed. It's the "anti-crisis cow" that "doesn't need to be fed in the winter".
