Winning Powerball Ticket Sold In Michigan Is About To Expire
Lottery officials say a Powerball ticket worth $100,000 that was sold in Michigan is about to expire. The ticket was sold at a BP gas station on Michigan Avenue in Dearborn for the drawing on June 18th, 2016 and according to the Michigan Lottery Connect, that $100,000 ticket will expire at 4:45 p.m. Monday, June 19th, 2017. (They get an extra day to turn the ticket in since lottery offices are closed on Sundays.) If the ticket goes unclaimed, the winnings will go to the state School Aid fund.
