Are you pregnant? Are you due in the next week and half, or so? Could you use $11,000? (plus $3850 to pay the taxes on the $11,000) I'm not asking for me. I'm asking for the Colonel.

According to the New York Daily News, September 9th is the 128th birthday of Colonel Harland Sanders, the founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken. So, they want you to name your baby Harland, because they're sad that nobody names their kid Harland anymore - plus, then they have a walking commercial for KFC for the next 100 years. The rules: Anyone 21 and older who has a child born between midnight and 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 9 and legally names the child Harland is eligible for the grand prize. First one born and named Harland gets the money. (I figure you should just go ahead and give him the rank "Colonel" as well. Harland Sanders was never a real colonel, but that didn't stop him.)

And the $11,000 number? It honors the 11 herbs and spices in KFC chicken. No word on what the middle name "Extra Crispy" gets you.

Come on. moms. Let's make Michigan proud. Here's the story.
