On Tuesday night, the New York state Senate debated for an hour over legislation designating yogurt as the official New York state snack. It passed the Senate, but now has to be voted on by the New York state assembly.

This brings up the obvious question: what is the official snack of the State of Michigan?

Sadly, there is none. Other states have official snacks - not Michigan.

That needs to change. What should it be? This morning, our buddy Jeff, from Bake n' Cakes, suggested it be the "State of Michigan Shaped Sugar Cookie".
