Waffles Are Being Recalled In Michigan
You might want to double check your waffles because according to a report from Food Safety News, Van's Foods is voluntarily recalling some of their Van's Gluten Free Waffles because of a packaging mistake. Unfortunately, some of the packages actually contain Van's Belgian Waffles which contains gluten and undeclared milk.
The waffles were distributed to food retailers in several states including Michigan, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Wisconsin. The recalled waffles have a lot code date of #A640234710–WL2, BEST BY AUG 22, 2018 and UPC CODE 8994730206. No reports of illnesses or adverse reactions have been reported so far.
