Every once in a while I'll take a drive, with my lovely wife, through downtown St. Johns and of course we have to check out the homes, many of which have been updated or renovated. One of those homes, on South Mead St., is going up for auction next week. I've always wondered what it looked like inside. Thanks to an article from the Lansing State Journal, now we all know - and maybe you'll be the one who buys it at auction.

According to the story, David and Robin Peters have spent 30 years and over $100,000 turning it from a 1,000 square foot ranch, built in the 50s, into a one of a kind (at least on that street) 4,100 square foot English Tudor. The auction will be August 16th. Good luck to everyone involved.
