TOC Throwback Thursday: Frankie Ballard & Mackinaw Island

Michigan's own, Frankie Ballard is coming to TOC Lansing 2018 on Saturday, June 9th at Cooley Law School Stadium--presented by your neighborhood Michigan Ford dealers. If you didn't know, Frankie grew up in Battle Creek and apparently he's also a big fan of tandem bike-riding at Mackinaw Island. Don't believe me? Here's proof:
