Sparring with Mike Tyson sounds like a bad idea.

All no brainers right?

At what point does slipping antifreeze into your co-worker's water bottle even remotely make sense to you for...oh, anything?

I know we've all had our lunches stolen in the break room and we considered spiking our food or drinks with something to get back at said food thief but even THAT is dangerous and could get you in trouble.

What would possess you to do what this guy did to this woman in Sparta, Michigan?

A 48-year-old man has been charged with spiking a co-worker’s water bottles with anti-freeze; a crime that was caught on a concealed camera and now has the defendant facing more than a decade in prison. (WZZM)

He did it on several occasions and would have gotten away with it if it weren't for those meddling kids.

Ok. No meddling kids. The intended victim caught him on hidden camera. But only after she drank some and suspected something was up.

The victim...started noticing a different taste to her bottled water, which raised concern and suspicion.

“Every time she tasted it, she would stop drinking it,’’ Price said. “After she caught him on camera, she reported it to her workplace and he was promptly terminated. And then she called us.’’ (WZZM)

DO NOT DO THIS! And when I mentioned spiking your lunch to stop the break room bandit from taking it, that falls under this. And here's the law.

Poisoning food/drink/medicine/water supply is a felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. (WZZM)

Except as provided in subdivisions (b) to (e), the person is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 15 years or a fine of not more than $10,000.00, or both. (legislature.mi.gov)
